SBS Philippines Corporation (formerly Sytengco Philippines Corporation) is seeking a QUALITY CONTROL (QMS) OFFICER/ PRODUCT STEWARDSHIP to implement and maintain a reliable information source for regulatory, quality, and product stewardship documentation. You will support Sales and business operations while ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, a BS in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, and knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.

Competenze

BS Chemical Engineering or BS Chemistry or other chemical related courses.
1-2 years of experience in QC, QA, or product stewardship.
ISO 9001:2015 knowledge is advantageous.

Mansioni

Implement and maintain controlled information sources for regulatory, quality, and product stewardship documentation.
Monitor product quality and compliance with specifications and standards.
Review quality issues, complaints, and non-conformities; prepare CAPAs.
Assist in review of MSDS/SDS and related product safety information.
Serve as document controller for QEHS and Regulatory Departments; manage master list of controlled documents.
Control issuance, revision, distribution, retrieval, and archival of procedures and forms.
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of documentation.
Coordinate with departments to keep documents updated and accurate.
Receive and coordinate investigation of product complaints for appropriate action.
Ensure product-related documents are current and available for customer requests and audits.
Collaborate with Sales, Imports, Warehouse, Operations, EHS, QA, and others for updated product information.
