Job summary

Prysmian Group in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a dedicated QHSE Manager to lead the Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental programs. You will develop and maintain the QHSE management systems, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You will coordinate audits, manage CAPA, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship while partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate QHSE across daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a QMS aligned with ISO 9001.
• Lead QA and QC activities to ensure product and service quality.
• Coordinate internal, supplier, and certification audits.
• Drive CAPA processes for customer complaints and non-conformities.
• Manage Health & Safety and ISO 45001 programs.
• Oversee environmental management per ISO 14001 and regulations.
