Job summary

CEVA Logistics Philippines Inc. is seeking a Quality Health Safety and Environment Manager to lead and coordinate QHSE programs across project environments in the Philippines.

You will implement and monitor ISO standards, drive continual improvement, and support tendering and contract execution with strong stakeholder engagement. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in quality/safety roles, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree as a prerequisite for the role.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, monitor and coordinate QHSE systems across projects.
• Ensure ISO standards compliance and drive continual improvement.
• Coordinate QHSE implementation with ASPAC regional team.
• Advise management on safety, health and environment matters.
• Provide trainings and support for tendering and contract lifecycle.
• Attend HSE investigations and report outcomes.
