Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a competent and proactive EHS Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental programs at our manufacturing facility in the Philippines. You will ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture and minimizing workplace hazards.

The role covers inspections, incident investigations, training, and emergency preparedness, with a focus on continuous improvement of EHS performance and PPE availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related safety field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer III in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience in incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor WHS programs and procedures.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
• Facilitate safety orientations, toolbox talks, drills, and training.
• Monitor contractor and employee safety compliance and permit-to-work systems.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and PPE availability.
