Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3–5 years QEHS, compliance, or management systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
• Experience with audits and CAPA processes.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Effective communication with customers and leadership.
• Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve QEHS management systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and management system requirements.
• Review and align QEHS policies and programs with goals.
• Plan, execute, and manage internal audit programs including training of auditors.
• Coordinate external audits and liaison with auditors and bodies.
• Manage nonconformance, CAPA, document control, and risk management.
• Analyze audit results and risks; prepare management reports and action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and provide QEHS guidance to teams.
