Job summary

Arkray Industry, Inc. in Batangas seeks a Quality Assurance/Process Inspector to support manufacturing quality control. The role focuses on testing, data analysis, and documentation to ensure compliant processes.

Qualifications

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

a.) Prepares protocol and handles performance and evaluation testing.

b.) Prepares technical report, analyzes data and trends.

c.)Facilitates meeting relating to process issues and works with Team for the improvement.

d.)Reviews and revises work-in process documents and other procedures as my necessary.

e.)Monitors and registers new equipment and ensures that each equipment is calibrated.

f.)Leads group of inspectors in investigating cause of defects and initiates process improvement.

g.)Train subordinates relating to process and quality improvement.

h.)Performs inspection procedure and review lot history file.

Qualification:

• Graduate of Technical/Vocational Course of at least 2-3 years preferably from allied medical courses (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy)
• With at least 6 months related experience in the manufacturing set-up relating in process quality control, incoming and outgoing QC, preferably from an ISO 13485 (Medical Devices) certified company.
• Experienced in working, handling and mixing chemicals and reagents in medical laboratory; laboratory and quality control testing preferably from a medical field
• With knowledge in MS Office reports generation and other relevant software
