• Perform regular quality assessment of transactions data in system and in documents.
• Drive end-to-end operational process performance and efficiency according to SLA.
• Identify process issues and drive solutions for service quality.
• Recommend improvements to service and system processes to ensure quality control.
• Document the inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Assist the operation team about quality control concerns to improve service excellence.
• Address with stakeholders the quality-related issues in a timely manner.
