Greenstone Pharmaceutical H.K., Inc. is seeking a laboratory analyst to perform physic-chemical analysis on starting materials and finished products, prepare reagents, and support method validation and QA activities.

The role involves generating test reports, calibrating equipment, maintaining logs, ensuring proper labeling and storage, and coordinating for safe disposal of chemical wastes, while upholding laboratory safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsabilidades

• Performs physic-chemical analysis on all starting materials and finished products.
• Prepares all necessary chemicals, reagents, solutions to be used for the analysis of starting materials and finished products.
• Conducts Method Verification/Validation Activity on all drug products.
• Assists the Quality Assurance department in all validation activities.
• Generates reports on test results (raw materials, In-process samples and finished products).
• Conducts the daily calibration of weighing scales and other equipment.
• Ensures that all logbooks such as equipment usage logbooks, receiving samples logbook etc. are properly filled-up and updated.
• Ensure all safety equipment in the laboratory are properly kept and monitored for emergency usage.
• Prepares the Certificate of Analysis to be approved by the QC Supervisor.
• Monitors and updates the chemical inventory.
• Coordinates with the Pollution Control Officer for the safe disposal of chemical wastes.
• Ensures all chemicals, reagents, solutions etc. are properly labeled and identified.
• Ensures all chemicals (Opened and Unopened) are properly kept in its designated storage cabinets.
• Ensures the good housekeeping of laboratory area.

2. Prepares all necessary chemicals, reagents, solutions etc. to be used for the analysis of starting materials and finished products.

3. Conducts Method Verification/Validation Activity on all drug products.

4. Assists the Quality Assurance department in all validation activities.
