Job summary

Responsibilities include conducting physico-chemical tests on raw and finished products, inspecting items before delivery, and preparing Certificates of Analysis. The ideal candidate will support the HACCP Team in implementing the HACCP Plan, ensuring high quality and safety standards across operations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to laboratory management system ISO/IEC 17025:2017 policies and procedures.
• Perform all activities within the scope of laboratory operations with full impartiality.
• Perform physico-chemical analysis for incoming raw and packaging materials.
• Perform inspection of finished products before delivery to customers.
• Receive customer requests for testing.
• Prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA).
• Support the HACCP Team in the development and implementation of the HACCP Plan.
