Job summary

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to conduct random and continuous sampling of wares at the Cold End & packaging lines, and to decide PASS or HOLD based on the specified Acceptance Sampling Plan.

You will ensure products meet customer requirements, perform production tally for Plains and decorated bottles, and communicate findings clearly. This role requires attention to detail, good written and oral communication, and a technical background.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 3-year vocational technical course or Graduate of any Engineering Course.
• Has working knowledge of computer software applications and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform random/continuous sampling and inspection of wares at Cold End, ACL packaging end, and wares for delivery.
• Decide PASS or HOLD based on the Acceptance Sampling Plan.
• Ensure wares packed meet specified customer requirements.
• Conduct production tally for Plains and decorated bottles.

Job description

Conducts random/continuous sampling and inspection of all the wares packed at the Cold End, ACL packaging end, and all wares subject for delivery. Decides whether to PASS or HOLD the wares based on a specified Acceptance Sampling Plan. This is to ensure that the wares packed have undergone thorough inspection and testing in order to meet specified customer requirement. To conduct production tally for Plains and decorated bottles.

Graduate of any three (3) year vocational technical course / Graduate of any Engineering Course.

Has working knowledge in computer software applications and should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
