Job summary

ShopeePay in the Philippines is seeking a Software Quality Assurance professional to lead testing efforts across product features and new releases. You will plan, execute, and report on test activities, including API and frontend validation, to ensure quality before launch.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS and 3–4 years of QA experience, preferably in banking/fintech or tech; you will collaborate with PMs, business units, and developers to resolve defects and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–4 years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
• 3–4 years QA & Systems Testing experience in the Philippines banking/fintech or tech firms in related industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timelines and perform test execution using various testing types.
• Report defects and assist developers by log checks and portal analysis.
• Own the UAT process from planning to sign-off for timely, impactful executions.
• Collaborate with product managers, business units, and developers to understand requirements and fix bugs.
• Manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
