Job summary

Monee in Manila is seeking a Software Quality Assurance professional to review requirements, design test plans, and create test cases to cover all scope.

You will execute tests, report defects, and collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure timely, quality releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or any related course.
• 3 - 4 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance.
• At least 3 - 4 years of Quality Assurance & Systems Testing experience in the Philippines banking, financial services companies or leading tech companies in a related industry.
• Hands-on experience with launching and managing new products features and ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, highly proactive; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; and a team player.
• Displays integrity and ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes.
• Perform Test execution: Back end (API Testing) and Front end. Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
• Proven experience in test planning, test monitoring, test analysis and design, test execution, defect management, test reporting.

• Ownership of the whole UAT process from planning, execution to sign-off.
• Work with ShopeePay Business Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements, build test scripts and resolve bugs.
• Handle multiple and complex projects with minimal supervision.
