Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computing field and 3+ years in QA/testing.
• Hands-on UiPath experience required.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and test methodologies.
• Proven ability to document and report defects clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and create test data for test execution.
• Identify and prioritize test scenarios.
• Execute test cases to verify application functionality.
• Document test results and testing artifacts.
• Report and track defects/incidents with severity levels.
• Perform retesting to validate defect fixes.
• Review testing deliverables and provide sign-offs when needed.
• Coordinate with project teams to support timely delivery.
• Prepare and present testing progress/status reports to leads.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing policies and processes.
• Assist defect prevention initiatives through robust testing methods.

We are looking for a QA Tester with hands-on UiPath experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of QA/testing experience and is comfortable working in a shifting schedule and onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance/Testing

• Hands-on experience with UiPath

• Experience in test case preparation, execution, and defect reporting

• Good understanding of software testing processes and methodologies

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Willing to work full onsite in Makati

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Define test prerequisites, entry criteria, and exit criteria.

• Ensure compliance with applicable operational level agreements.
