Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Software QA Tester to validate automation tests, CRM configurations, and data integrity across mobile and web platforms.

The role requires hands-on test execution, defect logging, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality before releases. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA with automation, regression, API testing, and a willingness to own testing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ work experience as QA Specialist, especially in Automation Testing.
• Strong knowledge of regression testing and UAT on mobile/web platforms.
• CRM QA experience focusing on configurations, workflows, data integrity, permissions, and integrations.
• Experience executing test cases and reporting results in defect tracking systems (JIRA, TFS/MTM).
• Background in test automation and/or performance testing is a plus.
• Experience with test automation frameworks is a plus.

Software QA Tester

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ work experience as QA Specialist specially in Automation Testing

• Fair knowledge on Regression testing and UAT with Mobile/Web platform.

• With CRM QA focuses on validating CRM configurations, workflows, data integrity, permissions, and integrations to ensure the CRM system works correctly before and after releases.

• Experience executing test cases and reporting results to a defect tracking system such as TFS, MTM, JIRA, or equivalent.

• Extensive background in Test Automation and/or Performance Testing is a plus

• Experience in Test Automation frameworks is a plus

Experience:
