Job summary

Scudl in the Philippines seeks an experienced Test Analyst to support the implementation of complex Microsoft D365 ERP/CRM systems. The role emphasizes quality assurance, functional testing, and aligning requirements with test cases across SIT, UAT and end-to-end scenarios.

The ideal candidate has hands-on D365 testing experience, solid knowledge of SDLC/Agile, and familiarity with automation and load testing within Azure DevOps environments.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM) systems.
• Excellent requirement analysis and ability to translate user stories into SIT/UAT/E2E test cases.
• Proven experience as a Test Analyst, preferably with Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC and Agile.
• Experience with test automation and load testing.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project coordination and test management.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance and quality control to support D365 implementation.
• Develop and maintain test cases for SIT, UAT and E2E testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are testable and traceable.

The client requires a highly motivated and experienced Test Analyst to support the implementation of a range of complex systems predominantly within the Microsoft D365 suite (ERP and CRM). To provide quality assurance and quality control to support the

Experience – Essential

• Experience workingin member associations/member based and education organisation.
• Experience with D365 CRM Testing
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics365 or relevant testing certifications.
• Excellent requirement analysis skills and ability to translate complex user stories into SIT, UAT and E2E functional test cases.
• Proven experience as a Test Analyst, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with automation testing and Load Testing
• Experience in using Azure DevOps for Project Coordination and Test Management
