Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Mid QA Engineer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience to join our team in a hybrid role based in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will design and execute test plans, perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing, and help ensure quality across Dynamics 365, C#/.NET, and Angular applications.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in software QA, strong collaboration skills, and comfort working with DevOps tooling and UAT support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, or Test Analyst.
Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA processes.
Experience with C#/.NET applications and the ability to understand or review C# code.
Experience testing applications developed using Angular.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
Test Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, workflows, configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams working with C#/.NET and Angular to understand application functionality and identify potential issues.
Validate front-end functionality and user interfaces developed using Angular.
Perform API and integration testing between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects using appropriate defect-management tools.
Analyze test results and provide clear reports on application quality and potential risks.
Participate in requirements reviews and provide input on testability and potential quality concerns.
Work closely with developers to investigate and troubleshoot defects.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist business users in resolving testing-related issues.
Perform regression testing following application fixes, enhancements, and releases.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Support test automation initiatives where applicable.
