Monvia — a leading Australian SaaS insurer technology company — is hiring a QA Test Analyst for its Manila-based offshore team. You will start with manual testing, regression testing, and defect management across our SaaS platform and gradually grow into automation using Playwright, API testing, and AI-assisted testing tools.

You will join a team focused on modern quality engineering, shifting left, and collaborating with Australian stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases.

Formación

• 5 years of software testing experience.
• Experience executing manual test cases.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles.
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Australian stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Validate insurance workflows and customer journeys.
• Identify, document, and manage defects through Jira.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and release activities.
• Develop automation skills in Playwright, API testing, and AI-powered testing tools.
• Contribute to test data management and quality processes.
