Job summary

STENIEL MINDANAO PACKAGING CORPORATION is seeking a QA Supervisor to lead inspectors and technicians, ensuring high-quality production processes and compliance with standards. You will drive QA programs, analyze data for improvements, and train staff on best practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years of supervisory QA experience, with strong analytical abilities and knowledge of QC tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance or manufacturing preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in QA/QC.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality control techniques, tools and equipment.

About the role

Supervise and lead QA Inspectors and technicians to ensure that quality assurance activities are conducted effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance procedures, policies, and standards

• Investigate quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive measures

• Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, procedures, and records

• Investigate and respond to customer complaints or quality incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address customer concerns and prevent recurrence

• Calibrate laboratory and process equipment/instruments that could affect quality of product

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, quality assurance or manufacturing preferred

• Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience

• Strong understanding of quality management principles, standards, and methodologies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of quality control techniques, tools and equipment.
