The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and be able to maintain composure in stressful situations. This position requires collaboration with call center team leaders and preparing quality reports for management.

The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• With or without BPO/call center experience.
• Ability to keep composure during stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Able to influence agents to deliver quality leads.
• Responsible for ensuring all leads generated are validated on a realtime basis.
• Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
• Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports.
• Working with staff to establish procedures and standards.
• Determining training needs and monitoring performance.
• Ensure QA processes are closely monitored.
