Job summary

ELJIN CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Staff to join our Quality Assurance and Quality Control team in Tarlac City, Philippines. This full-time role focuses on rigorous testing, inspection, and quality control to ensure all deliverables meet high standards before release.

You will document results, execute test cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous quality improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within ICT or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, quality standards, and best QA/QC practices.
• Proficiency with quality control tools, testing software, and documentation systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate quality issues and recommend solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to document findings and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple testing tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant certification in QA/QC is desirable.
• Experience with test automation tools or quality management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive QA testing on products and services, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
• Perform QC inspections throughout production to ensure standards and specifications are met.
• Document and report test results, bugs, and quality issues using tracking systems.
• Execute test cases and develop new testing procedures based on requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with development, production, and management to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and verify effectiveness of corrective actions and sustain quality improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of all QC activities, testing outcomes, and quality metrics for reporting.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
• Ensure all work adheres to company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
