Job summary

LEAD TECH INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS CORPORATION in Santo Tomas, Batangas, is seeking a meticulous QA/QC Inspector to ensure product quality from incoming materials to finished assemblies.

You will interpret drawings, conduct inspections using precision tools, and document non-conformances while coordinating with shop floor teams to prevent defects.

This on-site role offers hands-on quality control work in a manufacturing environment and requires attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, fabricated parts, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and finished components.
• Check dimensions, tolerances, alignment, fit-up, and workmanship using precision measuring instruments.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product compliance.
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Verify welding, machining, cutting, drilling, and assembly quality.
• Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and non-conformance reports.
• Coordinate with machinists, welders, fabricators, engineers, and production supervisors to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain inspection tools and ensure proper calibration status.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, safety requirements, and applicable standards.
