Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with active registration.
• 1–3 years of QA/QC or Site Engineer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
• Check incoming materials, monitor workmanship, and run field or laboratory tests.
• Review contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with standards.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for defects and track corrective actions.
• Keep accurate inspection records, calibration logs, and final handover files.
