PERRC Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Engineer assigned to the PFDA Navotas Project in Metro Manila.

The role focuses on implementing and monitoring Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirements across activities, materials, workmanship, and completed works to meet approved plans and standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors; conducting inspections, testing, and documentation; and ensuring corrective actions and NCR closures are promptly

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred.

The QA/QC Engineer will be assigned to the PFDA Navotas Project and will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirements. The position ensures that construction activities, materials, workmanship, and completed works comply with approved plans, specifications, applicable standards, project requirements, and company quality procedures.

The QA/QC Engineer will coordinate closely with the Project Engineer, Site Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other project personnel to identify and address quality issues, maintain proper documentation, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly.

The position will also assist in conducting inspections, monitoring testing and documentation, reviewing technical submittals, and maintaining quality records throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred.
• With 2-3 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Experience in site inspection, testing, and QA/QC documentation.
• Familiarity with NCRs, inspection requests, material testing, and quality reports.
• Willing to be assigned to PFDA Navotas Project.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
