Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer to ensure projects meet safety, design, and regulatory standards.

Based in Laguna, you will develop and implement quality plans and supervise inspections across on-site activities. You will write PQP and ITPs, check materials, monitor workmanship, review contractor performance, issue NCRs, and keep inspection records and handover files, ensuring compliance throughout the project

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer required.
• 1–3 years work experience as QA/QC Engineer or Site Engineer.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Write Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Check incoming materials, monitor workmanship, and run field or laboratory tests.
• Review contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with standards.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for defects and track corrective actions.
• Keep accurate inspection records, calibration logs, and final handover files.
