Job summary

Radiance Solar Solutions Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Lead to oversee construction QA/QC activities, ensure compliance, and drive quality improvements on solar projects. You will supervise inspectors, coordinate with the Site Project Manager, and manage NCRs and non-conformances on site in Palauig, Zambales.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years as QA/QC Lead in solar, with experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and a readiness to start ASAP in Palauig.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as QA/QC Lead in solar projects.
• Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Willing to be assigned in Palauig, Zambales.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, inspect, quality control, test and approve construction works.
• Coordinate quality planning with Site Project Manager.
• Review NCRs, QCRs, SDRs and RFIs; implement corrective actions.
