A leading technology firm in the Philippines is seeking a highly qualified QA/QC Manager to oversee quality systems and site implementation for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with ISO standards and project specifications while leading QA/QC teams. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of experience in QA/QC for construction or energy projects, with proven expertise in BESS projects and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in QA/QC for construction or energy projects.
• Proven experience in BESS projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ISO 9001 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead QA/QC planning and implementation for BESS and construction works.
• Establish and maintain ISO-compliant quality management systems.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for external audits.
• Supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and site quality staff.
• Monitor workmanship, material compliance, and installation quality.
