Job summary

Kresk Contractors Asia Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to implement and monitor QA/QC procedures on construction projects. You will conduct inspections and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and standards.

Licensed Mechanical or Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of QA/QC experience is preferred; strong knowledge of materials, inspection methods, and documentation is required. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on site.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer (Mechanical or Civil) with valid licensure.
• Minimum 1 year QA/QC experience in construction (preferably MEPF).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, inspection procedures, and quality standards.
• Familiar with project specs, drawings, method statements, and inspection requirements.
• Knowledge of Philippine standards and construction codes.
• Ability to prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to resolve quality issues.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on project sites and coordinate with teams, consultants and clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and quality plan.
• Conduct inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare ITPs, inspection requests, checklists, and quality reports.
• Monitor material deliveries and verify compliance with specs.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Identify non-conforming works and assist in corrective actions.
• Maintain QA/QC records and documentation.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities and ensure documentation is completed.
• Conduct site quality inspections and provide improvement recommendations.
• Assist the Project Team in maintaining consistent quality.
