The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured electrical products—such as synchronizing panels, enclosed circuit breakers, panelboards, low-voltage switchgears, ATS, MTS, and capacitor banks—comply with quality standards and client specifications. The role includes conducting inspections during and after production, documenting results, and coordinating with the production team for corrective actions.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of electrical assemblies and components.
- Perform functionality tests on electrical products (continuity, insulation resistance, etc.).
- Verify proper labeling, wiring, connections, and mounting of electrical components.
- Compliance and Documentation
- Check compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and electrical codes (e.g., IEC, NEMA, or local standards).
- Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and test result summaries.
- Ensure traceability of all inspected materials and maintain organized QC documentation.
- Communicate quality issues to production and engineering teams.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions for identified non-conformities.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Calibration and Tools Management
- Ensure all inspection tools and testing equipment are calibrated and functioning properly.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in measuring instruments.
- Housekeeping and Safety Compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols in the inspection area.
- Promote cleanliness and organization within the QC workspace.

Salary for 1 yr experience is 25k
- Graduate of Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related technical course.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in electrical product inspection or panel board manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge in reading electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with testing equipment such as multimeters, insulation testers, and continuity testers.
- Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards is an advantage.
