Job summary

RVCGBI is seeking a qualified QA/QC engineer to oversee inspection and testing for solar PV project works in Barotac Viejo, Iloilo. You will lead QA/QC activities, ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE standards, and manage documentation and NCR resolution through coordination with stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and hands-on QA/QC experience in relevant energy projects, with strong CAD and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: QA/QC experience, preferably in solar PV plants or transmission systems.
• Knowledge: IEC/IEEE standards, PEC/PNS, and CAD software.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect piling works, mounting structure alignment, panel mounting, and torque settings.
• Supervise cable pulling, termination, grounding, and commissioning of inverters and transformers.
• Develop Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Identify, document, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to resolution.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and client witness points.

• Electrical Inspection: Supervise cable pulling, termination, grounding, and commissioning of inverters and transformers.
• Documentation: Develop Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and maintain material certifications.
• NCR Management: Identify, document, and track Non-Conformance Reports to resolution.
• Coordination: Coordinate third-party inspections and client witness points before proceeding with construction stages.

Job Qualifications
