MG Exeo Network, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC professional to conduct inspections of construction and installation works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
The role requires monitoring QA/QC procedures throughout project execution and preparing QA/QC documentation including inspection reports and NCRs. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related field, with 2–3 years of relevant QA/QC experience
Conduct inspections of construction and installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Monitor and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures throughout project execution.
Perform material inspections and witness testing activities to verify compliance with project and industry standards.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), punch lists, and other quality records.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, site engineers, subcontractors, clients, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
Monitor project quality performance and recommend improvements to maintain workmanship and project standards.
Assist during client inspections, audits, testing, and project handover activities.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or any related Engineering course.
PRC License is an advantage.
At least 2-3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in civil construction, electrical works, railway, signaling & communications, or infrastructure projects.
Experience in railway signaling and communications is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), construction practices, quality control, safety regulations, and applicable industry standards.
Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
Experience in preparing QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), punch lists, and test reports.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work outdoors under varying weather conditions, including prolonged exposure to heat.
Willing to render overtime, work on weekends, holidays, shifting schedules, or be assigned to different project sites as required.
