Job summary

Mace seeks a capable professional to coordinate and quality-check electrical work packages on construction sites in the Metro Manila region. You will monitor progress, record-keeping, and ensure activities align with programme requirements while fostering strong contractor relationships.

You will promote safety, contribute to reviews and audits, and support sustainability goals through digital tools and processes. The role may offer hybrid working options where feasible.

Qualifications

• Recognised construction qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND, degree or equivalent) with relevant CSCS card.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; pursuing CIOB or equivalent membership.
• Knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing standards, including SMSTS/SSSTS certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress, maintain accurate records and track completed works against programme requirements.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

• Utilise digital tools and business processes effectively, while supporting Mace's net zero carbon commitments and sustainability objectives.

You’ll need to have:

• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; working towards CIOB or equivalent membership.
