Job summary

Beauty Elements Ventures Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Analyst with a BS Biology or related science background to ensure quality during production. The role requires hands-on raw materials inspection, data trend analysis, and strong attention to detail under production pressure.

Experience in manufacturing settings and 1+ year in QA/QC is preferred. You will monitor GMP compliance, verify process lines, manage sampling and tray setup, and prepare daily QA inspection and CAPA reports

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Setup Verification: Validates daily mixing schedules and checks accuracy of dispensed materials per tank.
• Process & GMP Monitoring: Oversees machines, personnel, and strict GMP compliance in manufacturing and compounding.
• Quality & Sampling Controls: Evaluates bulk attributes, manages tray setup, and submits lab samples.
• Data Tracking & Reporting: Analyzes soap rejection trends, reviews MR entries, and provides QA reports and CAPA.
• Team & Superior Support: Assists the mixing team leader and supports supervisors.

Job Responsibilities

• Inventory & Setup Verification: Validates daily mixing schedules, checks the accuracy of dispensed materials per tank, and performs process line clearances.

• Process & GMP Monitoring: Oversees machines, personnel, and strict GMP compliance throughout the manufacturing and compounding activities.

• Quality & Sampling Controls: Evaluates compounded bulk attributes (appearance, thickness, temperature), manages proper tray racking, and submits lab samples.

• Data Tracking & Reporting: Analyzes soap rejection trends, reviews MR entries, and provides daily QA inspection and CAPA implementation reports.

• Team & Superior Support: Assists the mixing team leader and executes any additional duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
