Job summary

BEAUTY ELEMENTS VENTURES MANUFACTURING INC. is seeking a QA/QC supervisor for Laguna operations. The role oversees QA/QC for raw materials, in-process, and finished products, ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, SOPs, and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in cosmetics/pharma QA/QC, supervisory experience, and strong documentation skills. Leadership and collaboration with Production, QA, and R&D are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field.
• 3–4 years QA/QC experience in cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, FDA/ICH guidelines, laboratory testing, and OOS/CAPA management.
• Proven leadership, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA/QC operations for raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, SOPs, and data integrity requirements
• Review and approve test results, COAs, and QC documentation.
• Lead investigations for OOS, deviations, and customer complaints, implementing CAPA
• Train QC staff and coordinate with Production, QA, and R&D teams.
