Job summary

Kings Quality Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Leader to supervise the QA Department, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvements across production lines.

You will develop standards, SOPs and quality systems, support new product development, and lead CAPA activities in collaboration with R&D and Production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in food manufacturing with at least 3 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) and local/international standards.
• Proven experience in technical services, quality assurance, or R&D management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and cross-department coordination.

• Oversee food safety, quality assurance and regulatory compliance in all production areas.
• Develop, implement and maintain technical standards, SOPs and quality systems in alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) and process improvement initiatives with R&D and Production teams.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO and other relevant food safety management systems.
• Provide technical training and guidance to production teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures.
• Investigate product or process deviations and lead CAPA programs.
• Conduct technical evaluations and audits of suppliers, raw materials, and finished products.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and certifications.
• Prepare and analyze technical reports, performance data, and recommendations for management review.
