Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to verify quality, labeling, and temperature requirements.
• Monitor and record temperature and humidity levels of cold storage rooms regularly.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Identify and report any quality issues such as damage, spoilage, contamination, or pest activity.
• Conduct routine audits and sanitation checks within the storage areas.
• Verify that product handling, storage, and stacking meet company and client specifications.
• Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records and quality control reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
