Job Description

• Inspect products strictly according to product drawings and process documents; carefully handle quality defects. Label the inspection and test status of products; promptly fill out repair slips and rejection slips, and isolate non-conforming products. Rigorously implement the "Three-level Inspection System"; strictly promote the execution and record management of product first-piece inspection, in-process self/mutual inspection, and finished product inspection; promptly feedback quality problems. Statistically analyze the first-pass yield, qualification rate, and defects of responsible projects, and analyze, improve, and verify the main factors affecting product quality. Guide quality documentation in the responsible workshop and conduct training to enhance quality awareness. Communicate with after-sales personnel; promptly resolve and analyze feedback problems. Drive in-plant quality improvement through market problem points to ensure product quality. Carry out specific measurement system analysis work; ensure accurate inspection data, complete quality records, and intact statistical reports. Supervise and manage measuring instruments for traceability. Inspect daily department work; handle identified problems. For quality accidents confirmed during inspection, report promptly and propose handling opinions. Conduct relevant inspections and confirmations for raw materials; manage on-site inspections of outsourcing suppliers. Implement spare parts traceability mechanism management in the product production process. Control the quality of related product production, process assembly, and finished product debugging, while taking photos/videos to form traceable materials. Establish coded traceability files for each component.

Aged 25–40, no gender restrictions. Majors in machinery-related fields, or industrial analysis and detection; college degree or above; over 1 year of practical quality management experience; familiar with relevant inspection processes and methods. Familiar with product quality management, inspection-related processes, and professional knowledge; acquainted with quality management processes, methods, and quality system expertise. Demonstrates honesty, dedication, proactiveness, meticulousness, and team spirit.
