Job summary

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, QA Hybrid Testing Engineer. Based in Makati City, you design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.

You will perform functional, regression, API/UI testing and help build automated tests with Playwright (Python preferred). The role supports CI/CD and evolving automation frameworks in a fast-moving AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Potentially work on the continuous integration framework for the automation suite.
• Build automation frameworks and scripts for end-to-end testing, including API, UI, and other types of testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
