Job summary

KINGS QUALITY FOODS, INC. is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance executive to lead the QA Department in ensuring food safety, compliance with HACCP, GMP and ISO standards, and to drive process improvements across production teams.

The role requires strong leadership and cross-functional coordination with R&D, Production and Regulatory bodies to maintain high standards. A degree in Food Technology or related field is essential, with 5–7 years in food manufacturing and 3 years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years in the food manufacturing industry with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and standards.
• Experience in technical services, QA, or R&D management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and cross-department coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance Department, including planning, organizing and supervising technical staff.
• Oversee food safety, quality assurance and regulatory compliance in all production areas.
• Develop, implement and maintain technical standards, SOPs and quality systems.
• Support new product development (NPD) and process improvement with R&D and Production.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO and other food safety management systems.
• Provide technical training and guidance to production teams.
• Investigate product or process deviations and lead CAPA programs.
• Conduct technical evaluations and audits of suppliers, raw materials, and finished products.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and certifications.
• Prepare and analyze technical reports, performance data, and management recommendations.
