Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines Inc. seeks a QA Analyst to coordinate QA activities for business systems, develop robust test plans, and execute testing while reporting issues within an established framework.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, Playwright experience for web testing, and a background in data analytics and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree in CS and 3–5 years of software testing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3–5 years in software and data testing.
• Advanced knowledge of QA concepts in IT systems development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QA activities for new systems or changes to existing systems.
• Develop test plans and estimates for planning and execution.
• Execute tests and communicate issues to management.
• Manage QA schedules and prioritise tasks.
• Review defects and provide concise analysis.
• Design and maintain Test Strategy and Test Plan documentation.
