Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a QA Engineer to design and execute both manual and automated testing. You will build and enhance automation scripts and frameworks to ensure robust test coverage for new features and regressions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Java, and CI/CD tools, plus a collaborative mindset to work across Agile teams and mentor junior testers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Testing/SDET/Dev roles; mix preferred.
• Strong automation and manual testing experience.
• Proficient with Selenium WebDriver and Java stack.
• Experience with CI/CD and test management tools.

Responsibilities

• Document and plan test cases for regression, integration, and automation.
• Write automation scripts (Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
• Troubleshoot automation and optimize framework.
• Support functional validation and sprint activities.
• Lead scrum test teams and mentor juniors.
