Job summary

eTap Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure reliability and quality of our self-service kiosk solutions and supporting systems.

You will collaborate with software engineers to execute test strategies, perform manual and automated testing of hardware and software components, and mentor junior QA engineers while driving continuous improvement in QA methodologies within a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in software and hardware testing.
• Experience testing self-service kiosks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test plans for kiosk hardware and software.
• Perform manual and automated tests of self-service kiosks.
• Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes with dev teams.
• Help design and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and collaborate across teams.
