Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a QA/QC professional to support electrical manufacturing quality. You will perform inspections and maintain quality records across incoming, in-process, and final stages.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and at least three years of QA/QC experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years QA/QC in electrical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with QA/QC tools and documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve product quality concerns.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
• Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.
• Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze quality data and prepare management reports.
• Perform other quality-related duties assigned by Management.
