Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a senior QA leader to oversee a shared QA/testing organization of about 60 resources, spanning multiple projects and stakeholders. You will drive end-to-end testing delivery, enforce quality standards, and optimize resource utilization across teams.

The role requires deep expertise in both manual and automated testing, with a track record of improving testing processes, metrics, and service levels in a fast-paced delivery model.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in software testing and QA, with leadership experience.
• Strong and well-rounded experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Proven experience managing or leading a large-scale QA/testing team (≈60 resources).
• Experience in Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS) or shared/services delivery models is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test management, and quality engineering practices.
• Proven experience in people, delivery, and resource management, plus stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a shared QA/testing organization of approximately 60 resources supporting multiple projects, teams, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end testing delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, resource utilization, and agreed service levels consistently met.
• Provide leadership and direction across manual and automation testing functions.
• Establish and continuously improve testing processes, standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, workload distribution, and staffing requirements across projects.
• Partner with project, technology, business, and client stakeholders to understand testing requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor QA performance, delivery metrics, quality indicators, risks, issues, and overall service performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation, process optimization, tooling, and standardization.
• Coach, mentor, and develop QA leaders and testing professionals to strengthen technical and delivery capabilities.
• Act as a senior escalation point for testing-related risks, delivery concerns, and stakeholder issues
