Job summary

Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy seeks a Director for QA Software Testing to lead quality across web, mobile, API, and DevOps initiatives for a growing IT services provider. You will own the QA strategy, build and scale the QA function, and mentor multiple teams while partnering with international clients to ensure release readiness and measurable quality metrics.

The role offers senior leadership exposure, direct access to executive management, and opportunities to shape quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software QA and testing with 5+ years leading multiple teams
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
• Proven record building and running QA functions for complex client projects
• Strong experience in test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
• Solid grounding in API, performance and regression testing (Postman, JMeter, k6)
• Working knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with international clients

What you bring

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with international clients

Bonus points

• ISTQB or other QA and testing certifications
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience leading distributed or offshore QA teams
