Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to own regulatory reviews for U.S. cosmetics and homecare products, ensuring compliance of formulations, labeling, and documentation.

You will work with leadership to address gaps and coordinate with suppliers and clients to support product launches. The ideal candidate will have hands-on U.S. cosmetics regulatory experience, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to independently

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant Regulatory Affairs experience, with 5+ years preferred.
• Hands-on regulatory experience in U.S. cosmetics and personal care products, including homecare regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently review product formulations, ingredients, labeling, and claims for U.S. regulations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain product dossiers, QILs, INCI declarations, and SDSs.
• Support FDA/MoCRA compliance activities, including facility registration and product listing.
• Coordinate with EU/UK Responsible Persons and safety assessors for international markets.
• Review product claims against testing and supporting evidence; suggest improvements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and manage assigned regulatory projects to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and clients to resolve issues.
