You will be responsible for designing test cases, executing manual testing where it matters most, and building automated regression suites that keep pace with our release cycles. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Design teams, you will help ensure that what ships to customers actually works, across web, mobile, and backend services.

Design, document, and execute test cases for web, mobile, and backend services.
Perform exploratory and manual testing on features where automation isn't practical or where human judgment catches what scripts miss.
Write test plans that map coverage against critical user flows and known risk areas.
Own regression and smoke testing during release cycles, balancing manual coverage with automated checks.
Build and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web, Appium for mobile, and Postman or similar tools for API testing.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines so regression runs on every build, not just before release.
Maintain and refactor automation suites as the product evolves, so coverage doesn't quietly rot.
Perform integration testing across microservices and external APIs, including contract and dependency checks.
Read API specs (REST, sometimes GraphQL) and write test cases directly from them.
Validate data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
Identify, track, and report bugs using test management and issue tracking tools, with clear repro steps and severity tagging.
Apply best practices in test design, coverage planning, and risk based prioritization.
Participate in code and design reviews where testability and quality are at stake.
Advocate for quality in product and engineering discussions, including pushing back on scope or timelines when test coverage is at risk.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical estimation for QA effort.
Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis on production issues.
Document test plans, automation coverage, and known issues where required.
