Tyler Technologies in the Philippines is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our product team. You will design, build, and maintain automated tests using Playwright and API tools, perform functional and load testing, and collaborate with analysts, designers, and developers to improve product quality.

Qualifications

Strong track record of software quality assurance/testing, including automated end-to-end tests.

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Fully learn all features of our products.
Plan, design, execute, and maintain well-structured test scripts.
Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and API tools.
Conduct functional, regression, load, and exploratory testing while supporting automation efforts.
Analyze software issues, determine root causes, and report to the development team.
Participate in planning and requirement reviews to define test criteria.
Identify, document, and track defects in Jira and communicate findings to developers.
Help identify and implement new QA procedures and tools to improve efficiency.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
