Location: Taguig, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid

Schedule: Mid Shift & Night Shift

Level: Mid-Level to Senior

Are you a QA professional who enjoys building automation frameworks and breaking systems under load?

We’re looking for an experienced QA Automation Developer & Performance Tester who can take ownership of end-to-end automation using Playwright and performance testing using Apache JMeter.

What You’ll Do

• Build, enhance, and scale E2E automation frameworks using Playwright
• Develop and execute performance and load-testing scenarios using Apache JMeter
• Create robust automated test scripts using TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
• Apply Page Object Model (POM) and modern automation best practices
• Work with modern Playwright features including locators, auto-waiting, and asynchronous programming
• Manage complete test cycles from planning and execution to reporting
• Review user stories and assess technical feasibility from a testing perspective
• Identify, document, track, and validate system defects
• Analyze performance and load-test metrics to identify potential infrastructure and application bottlenecks
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to improve software quality and reliability

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of Software QA experience, with strong emphasis on Test Automation
• Proven hands-on experience developing E2E automation frameworks using Playwright
• Strong understanding of:
  • Modern Playwright locators
  • Auto-waiting
  • "async/await"
  • Page Object Model (POM)
• Extensive hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Parameterization
  • Assertions
  • Distributed testing
  • Correlation of dynamic values
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience with Shell scripting
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze test results, and communicate findings clearly
