Job summary

Infor is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst Associate in Manila to support software quality through a hybrid testing approach, combining manual and automated methods. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience or exposure to software testing, quality assurance, or related roles (including internships or academic projects).
• Basic understanding of SDLC, software testing principles, and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to test automation tools or frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Utilizes GenAI tools to generate, expand, and refine test scenarios and test cases.
• Reviews and validates AI-generated test artifacts for accuracy, completeness, and business alignment.
• Continuously improves AI-assisted outputs through feedback and refinement.
• Supports evaluation of AI-generated test cases for correctness, risk coverage, and completeness.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, discipline, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (RTO 3x per week, day shift).

Responsibilities

• Develops proficiency in Infor applications, tools, and QA processes within the team's scope.
• Designs, develops, and executes manual and automated test cases based on requirements.
• Performs manual testing and contributes to automation execution and maintenance.
• Shifts between manual and automation tasks based on project needs.
• Supports test environments and participates in the testing lifecycle across releases.
• Analyzes test results, logs defects, and reports them per process.
• Performs functional and regression testing to validate features.
• Collaborates with AI-driven testing initiatives and GenAI tooling.
• Maintains QA documentation in the team wiki.
• Communicates testing progress, risks, and timelines to leadership.
