Job summary

CAI is seeking an Automation QA Analyst to design end-to-end test plans, run manual and automated tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment. The role is full-time and hybrid in Makati City, with in-office presence Monday through Wednesday from 3pm to 12am Manila time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
• Proficiency with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Puppeteer (Playwright preferred).
• Experience with API testing and performance testing.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for web applications (UI and API).
• Create and execute test scripts for user registration, login, search, cart, and checkout processes.
• Implement API testing for various HTTP methods and verify responses.
• Design and execute performance tests with concurrent users and load testing.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation of test suites.
• Collaborate with product, development, and operations to prioritize bugs.
